Why is an account or trade not earning cashback?

Open Eligibility to see the checklist for each connected account. Start with the connection and broker attribution. A disconnected account needs reconnecting, while pending attribution still needs confirmation. Work through the account type, supported server, instruments, hold time and volume conditions. The page explains which checks pass and what needs attention. Conditions apply to the programme shown on that account. For a rejected trade, use its Activity explanation to find the exact reason, such as an excluded instrument or hedged volume. Follow that reason before requesting a review. Cashback does not make an ineligible trade eligible.
