The network fee is deducted from the payout
The network sets the fee, not LotsBack. You see a live estimate on the review step and accept it before confirming; the receipt shows the amount sent, the fee and the amount received.
No LotsBack fee, no percentage, no spread
Nothing is taken from the transfer beyond the network fee. If the fee would take more than a tenth of the amount, the payout waits until it drops.
Payout runs, once a week
Requests are collected into one run a week. One person builds the run and a second person in Finance approves it before it is sent. Never the same person twice.
A failure is explicit
If a transfer does not complete, the amount returns to Available with its own line in your history and the failure reason. Nothing is adjusted quietly.
Cashback is an estimate until your broker confirms the week and it is paid. Cashback terms.
What a receipt shows.
Every payout comes with a receipt: the positions it came from, the rate applied, the asset and the network, the destination address and the on-chain transaction.
