Risk disclosure

Version 2026.09-6 · effective 25 Sep 2026

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. Cashback does not reduce that risk. Read this before you connect a trading account, and read it again if you ever notice yourself trading to earn cashback.

01Leveraged products can lose you your capital

Forex, contracts for difference and other leveraged products let you control a large position with a small deposit. Leverage magnifies gains and losses alike. A small move against you can wipe out your deposit, and depending on your broker's terms you may owe more than you deposited.

Prices move fast, and markets can gap over news, at session opens and in thin liquidity, so a stop-loss is not a guarantee of the price you get. Most retail accounts lose money trading these products; brokers in many countries are required to publish the share of their clients that do.

02Cashback does not reduce that risk

Cashback is paid on eligible lots. It does not change the odds of any trade, does not offset a losing position and cannot turn a losing strategy into a winning one.

Do not open, enlarge or keep a position because of cashback. If a trade only makes sense because of the cashback, do not place it. If you notice yourself trading to earn cashback rather than to trade, stop and disconnect the account.

Amounts shown before a cycle is verified and released are estimates. Only a Verified amount that has been released is owed to you, and cashback is never guaranteed: it depends on your own trading, the broker programme in force and the verification of every line.

03Your broker, not LotsBack, holds your trading money

LotsBack is an introducing partner. It is paid by brokers for the accounts it introduces. It is not a broker, not a party to your trades and not the counterparty to any position. It never holds your trading money, never takes deposits and cannot place, modify or close a position in your name.

Your trading account is a contract between you and your broker, under the broker's own terms and risk warnings. Whether the broker accepts you, how it prices and executes your trades, and whether and when it returns your deposit are the broker's decisions. A broker can restrict an account, change leverage, fail or lose its licence. LotsBack does not guarantee any broker's solvency, conduct, pricing or execution, and money you deposit with a broker is not protected by LotsBack.

Choose a broker as carefully as you would without cashback, and read its own risk disclosure before you deposit.

04Nothing on LotsBack is investment advice

Nothing on the website or in the application is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation or an invitation to trade any instrument or to open an account with any broker. That includes the published rates and calculators, the broker pages, the journal and calendar, the AI coach, the Signals page, the news portal, emails and support replies. It is all general information that does not take your circumstances into account.

A signal is a trading idea published to every user at the same time by a party that is paid by brokers. It is not addressed to you, and its record of past outcomes does not predict future ones. The AI coach is an automated system that describes what already happened in your own records; it can be wrong, and it never tells you what to trade.

Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and only if you understand how the product works. If you are not sure, seek independent advice from someone licensed to give it where you live. LotsBack is not.

05Who may trade, and where

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age, and you must be allowed to open and trade an account at the broker you choose under the broker's rules and the law where you live. The broker decides whether to accept you; LotsBack cannot change that decision.

Some countries restrict or ban cashback-style benefits on leveraged products for retail clients, and some brokers do not accept residents of some countries. Registration tells you whether your country is open, restricted or blocked before you connect anything. You are responsible for the law where you live, including whether you may receive cashback and digital assets, and what tax you owe on them.

06Payouts are digital-asset transfers that cannot be reversed

Cashback is paid in USDT on the Ethereum network or the Tron network, to a destination address you add yourself. Once a transaction is broadcast it cannot be cancelled, recalled or reversed by anyone. A payout sent to a wrong address, or to an address on the wrong network, is lost.

You pay the network fee, which the network sets, not LotsBack. After a transfer the token's value, its custody and any exchange you use are your responsibility. USDT is a token intended to track the US dollar; LotsBack does not guarantee its value.

07Changes to this disclosure

LotsBack may change this disclosure. A change is published here with a new version id and a new effective date; the previous version is never edited in place. Using LotsBack after that date is your acceptance of the changed disclosure; there is no separate re-acceptance step. If you do not agree with a change, stop using LotsBack and close your account from Settings.

08Questions

If any part of this disclosure is unclear, write to [email protected] before you connect an account. The Terms of service and the Cashback terms explain what LotsBack is responsible for and how cashback is earned, checked and paid.
